Paralysis stiffness

My sister had met with an accident 12 yrs before that left her with left side paralysis and she had to undergo three head surgeries and cranioplasty was done. With physiotherapy she was able to move left hand and leg little. But since last 2 yrs there was no exercise hence feeling stiffness now around left shoulder. Pls suggest any medication for this muscle stiffness. Thank you.

Only after careful examination and determination of spasticity a muscle relaxer or botox injection should be prescribed.
