Whether the paracetamol p-100 drops 1.3 ml is equivalent to p-120 drops 5ml? Which one is more effective for 1 yr 6 months baby weighing 9 kgs?

Dear parents, P-100drops1.2ml that' is 120mg is =to p-120mg 5ml syp. Both are effective but drops are better to administer to kids For Baby 9kg 0.9ml is okay every 4 hrly till fever subside
