Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  Is paraphimosis your diagnosis or you have consulted anyone regarding this? I cannot comment if you are "leaking" inside or not because i dont know what is haooening. But if a diagnosis of paraphimosis is already made, then it should.be treated as soon as possible by circumcision.  Kindly consult a general surgeon in person for further evaluation and management.  Best regards.
