I'm having papule and pustule in my arm area especially on the outer side of the upper arm there is no pain, swelling or itching on it also I have macule on the back of the palm and in my legs becoz i was diagnosed with lichen planus in 2022-23 and it left macule especially on my lower extremity (below knees) please help me out how am I suppose to treat it also I have post acne discoloration spots especially on my cheeks chin and forehead please help me out to treat and solve it out
