The smear show mixed population of intermediate squamous cell, occasional parabasal cell and metaplastic cell in the background of scanty inflammatory infiltrate composed predominantly of polymorphs. Epithelial cell abnormalities : Absent Endometrial Cells :  Absent Interpretation/ Result : Negative for intraepithelial lesion or malignancy What does "scanty inflammatory Infiltrate of polymorphs mean? And what is this metaplastic and parabasal cell? Is there any infection or problem? . Also I was spotting a bit when the pap smear was taken.

Why all of Indians or non indians think that all queries are genuinely answered by doctors without any costs !?? I think this QnA section must be removed by All platforms of telemedicine.
