I'm taking Pantocid from 3 years coz whenever I take any ssri, I start having digestion problem. I get diarrhea and constipation very easily. I can't even stop my antidepressants coz it makes me worse and it has not even helped me to recover completely from depression. Is there any side effect of taking ppi for long time? Can it make my digestion more weaker or cause  some other issue in any organ. Plz explain

Long term PPI's have been known to be a risk factor for gastric malignancy.  Kindly make dietary changes instead of using PPIs.  3 years is a long time.
