Im always worried and afraid and when this happens i feel an increase on my heart beat , this happens when im alon at home or work

U can consult psychiatrist near by you, practice deep breathing When u inhale stomach has to get filled then hold Ur breath for some seconds then exhale through Ur mouth slowly
