Hey
Dont go for medication instead of medicine start doing all these activities you will feel relaxed and if it doesn't work consult any psychologist
I rarely have full-blown panic attacks. Mostly, I just have to manage everyday anxiety.
My anxiety management (which generally applies to panic attacks as well) includes:
Taking deep breaths. That tells your body âHey, weâre okay. Everything is okay.â
Disengaging from whatever is causing my anxiety (if there is something).
Crying. Itâs always okay to cry.
Talking to someone. Often frantically. There are many people I feel I should apologize to for the messages Iâve sent them when Iâm having a panic attack.
Lying down. I turn on slow musicânothing that will make me more anxious.
Trying to introduce positive self-talk. Anxiety often comes with many negative thoughts that cause a terrible anxious cycle. I try to break that with good, calm, rational thoughts.
Driving (if Iâm safe to do so). When Iâm anxious but not having a full-blown attack, I often go for drives to distract myself/give myself space/have time to think/blast music and forget about everything. Going for a walk would accomplish the same thing.
The goal is to calm down. Whatever it takes to do so.
