From last 2 months, i have been having constant anxiety and fear with sometimes feeling getting short of breath and chest pain in left side and back which only happens 1-2 times in a day that too upon movement. I get extremed stress that I may get short of breath anytime soon., so I dont even feel to walk or exercise fearing this. I am not able to concerntrate on my work. Feel dizziness , nauseatic and small events trigger my fear and i feel i have some tingling sensation in my feet. I used to do yoga, but now i am so scared that if i do and got short of breath. Due to the external environment, this thing has aggravated. I alwsts used to get anxious earlier but not at this level. Sometimes my head gets heavy and painful. I got my chest xray and ecg done in april, and they were fine. Sometimes i also get a feeling that my throat is scratchy , but then it goes away. Panic and anxity is something not evrryone takes seriously, and most of the time I am told this is normal fr everyone.

Hello. It seems to be a typical picture of Anxiety Spectrum illness. It requires regular pharmacological and non pharmacological treatment. There are very good treatment modalities available for the same. You can consult online regarding same or in person with a Psychiatrist. It shouldn't be neglected as such disorders many times run a long course. Thank you.
