Pancreas have problem

Ct report Showing problem below PANCREAS: Appears atrophied with dilated main pancreatic ducta Head of pancreas appears mildly bulky minimal peripancreatic fat stranding BOTH KIDNEYS Right kidney measuring 8.6 x3.5 cm with lobulated surface. Left kidney measuring 9.5 x 4.7 cm cortical cyst measuring 1.3 x1.1 cm noted in interpole of right kidney. Pelvicalyceal system is not dilated. No evidence of calculus. Gerora's fascia appears normal. This critical problem? Next what can I do. My doctor don't tell me anything only giving treatment. I am confused please.

It indictates atrophied pancreas. U r at risk of development of diabetes if not diabetic now. Until unless creatinine is normal need not worry about renal cyst
