Pancreas and liver issues

Enlarged pancreatic tail, High SGPT and SGOT High GGT, Lypase and Amylase toward higher side of the range, High HDL, Low Lymphocytes, High Neutrophils, haemoglobin 12.1, Hba1c 5.5, Average glucose 111.5, Fibroscan 5.3 Kpa Gastroenterologist was suspecting pancreatitis. test Results showed high liver enzymes, high GGT, Amylase and lypase towards higher side of the range. Fibroscan results were normal with 5.3 Kpa. He prescribed Ursocol and antoxipan and asked me to see him after 3 months. Although I am taking medicines regularly, I still get bouts of nausea, fatigue, weakness and there is constant pain on right side below the rib cage. There are frequent episodes of itching and skin looks pale. I have lost appetite. At times I have constipation and there are days when I get diarrhoea. At times I get pain on left side of chest which doctor said could be because of gas. what should i do?
