Palpitations since last 3 days

I have palpitation since last 3 days. I can feel my heart beat racing in my chest and neck. Though is no chest pain neither there is any breathing problem. I visited a physician two days ago and he said there is nothing to worry. My BP was 120/80 and heart beat 97. But I can still feel my fast heart beats. Please suggest

Get an ecg and also a holter , if ur symptoms are troubling you.
