Hello doctor I have palpitations like pulsing feeling in neck and lower back of head. Actually I have palpitations one day and I took ecg it showed sinus tachycardia.from then I'm feeling this strange feeling what is the cause ? Is this anything heart related?

Sinus tachycardia means increased heart beat which is still within normal range and does not imply heart issues. It can happen under multiple circumstances like after exercise, while dreaming, anxiety, fear, panic, stress etc.  If you constantly feel palpitations or headaches, and medically nothing detected, then reach out to mental health professional to rule out anxiety or other issues.
