Palpitations and tingling pain

Iam having tingling pain in fingers and arms of both hands from past 3.5 months.it started suddenly.i had saline in left arm and after that pain started.my stomach feels bloated and I often have palpitations,series in stomach and throat too.what could be the reason?...iam worried. Plz suggest some remedy.

Your symptoms are suggestive of anxiety disorder. It would be good to get an ECG and clinical evaluation done.
