I feel palpitations and a thumping feeling in chest often. Whenever this happens I become weak all of a sudden and the whole day I feel this weakness. I am afraid that this may be a problem of Atrial Fibrillation. I already had an ECG got done but the report was normal. But I still feel this thumping feeling. Please help. Thank you in advance. PS: I have gas problem and asthma too.
