Palpitations (125-135bpm)

Dear doctor, I have palpitations problems last two years but its was normal for some months again and again starting.. I took ecg echo TMT twice, lastly I took six months back and it's all normal.. Now from last month I again have severe palpitations 90-100 in lying time and if I walk or work in home it's goes up to 125-135bpm.. Also I have dizziness during high heartbeats. I consulted a doctor and taking ivabrad 5mg tablet since 10 days still it's same my hb rises if I walk or work, please kindly will this go away or again I need to take all the cardio tests... Please suggest and help me 🙏🙏
