Dear user, in cases of poor control of bronchial asthma & sometimes hypothyroidism patient feel increase respiratory rate & also heart rate which sometimes felt by patient called palpitations. Medicine prescribed for asthma control also increases heart rate but are almost safe. So if she felt these symptoms frequently then it requires more detailed evaluation. Your ECG attached also having some issues which requires cardiologist consultation.
