Its been long i face palpitation when i m sitting idle , as if my heart beat has got irregular.. also this in my third time. the issue had stopped completely but back again and this time with shortness of breath... i hav really stopped over thinking and well satisfied with my life, yet this anxiety doesnt feel like leaving me. wat should i do???
