Hello, My daughter is 3 year 10 months old. Her palms and soles are typically warmer than the rest of the body. Body temperature when measured with thermometer is normal. Is it something to worry about?

Greetings, need not to be worried it will be normal if the temperature morethan 99.5f then u can consider as fever .
