For the past month my joints or bones have been aching. They go throughout my body. The pain will come and go. I sometimes get a small ache on my right chest. But I don't have pain deep breathing or shortness of breath. I am, tired a lot though. I'm so worried it may be, lupus. I'm 16, can you help? Can not drinking enough, water be a cause
