Is it wise to give painless vaccination to infant at 6,10 & 14 weeks period ? Are they really helpful ?

Dear parents           Recent reports say it is not safe to give said to be painless VACCINE as pertussis occur in spite vaccination
Next Steps
my suggestion use routine vaccination instead of costly &unpredictable vaccines
