Painless lump near anus

I have had this mass near anus since 2 years back. It has not caused me any issues as it is painless. But after I had undergone POEM surgery 1.5 year back for achalasia cardia. I am facing issue of bloating and excess gas. Each day I try had to make sure I have low gas. There is itching around anus region many times. Please suggest the necessary.
