There is a bulge in my left armpit which is painless and has been there for some months now. It pains when my periods are going to arrive. I ignored it as it's managable, but concerned that it should not be anything serious. What should I do?

Take tab. Dolobak twice a day after meal. X 5 days . Do ultrasound for armpit with breast, thyroid profile,  and do paid consultation with us . Do not worry mostly it is hormonal changes .
