Painless Lip  bump on my lower lips.

I have a lip bump on my lower lips  from last 1 month. I did use acne patch on it but later nothing happened also it is painless but bother as it is on my lips. Kindly help me in the same? And if I have to checked who should I dentist or Dermat?
