Painles Small Tongue Bump

Sir i am suffering from small painless bump on the back of tongue from last 7-8 month.I have consulted with many doctor but i have not got cured yet.They said its oral trush and because of lack of drinking water and eating more outside food.So i stopped eating outside food and started drinking more water from last almost 6 month and also taken medicine but then also i have not got cured.So Sir please can you say what is the problem and please suggest me some good medicine.
