Paining in shoulder

I am felling pain in my right shoulder for the past 2 months after I met with small accident.it make a cracking sound whenever I move it and also my right hand weightlifting capacity fall...I am able to move my shoulder normal but it pains..does my shoulder bone is broke or it just got dislocated...help..

Firstly reduce pain by physiotherapy treatment. After relief start strength exercises in gradually process.

Hi friend shoulder joint has lot of soft structures...these get torn while we get injured.pl get yourself checked.and if after 2 months you cannot lift it can be cuff tear..meet any shoulder specialist in your area.dr pankaj agrawal.shoulder knee and joints surgeon ahmedabad.

Hello....... Dislocation is severity of condition.. You cannot even lift weights in such condition.. If there is local tenderness and swelling then it could be fracture.. Sprain (ligament tear) could cause mild pain.. Consult orthopedic surgeon with x ray ..Till then don't lift weight.. Give rest to shoulder ..
