Hi there. id just like to ask. in the past day, it has become extremely difficult to pee. there is a burning sensation in the tip of my penis and inside the start of my urethra. i have also noticed a slight, faint rash on my penis glans. after taking off my under wear i also noticed a transparent brown discharge on the fabric. would you be able to help me and tell me what you think it is. thank you so much.
