Being OSMF III DIOGNOSED 6 months back Now ulcers are very painful and burning lower lips as well. Lesions on cheeks are also burning Unable to take lukewarm water or food Couldn't meet SPLST, lockdown. Please advise me sir the immediate MEFICINE for cure
