Painful mound on little finger in feet

A small painful point appeared on the little finger in my feet which looked slightly yellowish. It started 3 months back and hasn't healed but has slowly grown a little but is almost stable since last 2 months. Quite painful when any kind of pressure is applied on it but otherwise painless and rough/toughened to touch in that small patch
