Start by wearing footwear with comfy thick rubber sole.. Avoid standing for long hours. This will help in prevention of new callosity development. For pre-existing callosity there is specific management, a few minor procedures. Please consult a specialist because corn and callosity may look similar to you and both have very different management.
Next Steps
Consult a dermatologist.
