If the lump is hard to feel it's likely to be calcification(X-ray s can reveal it) ... But it's rare as a reappearing one( unless the same site has another hard impact injury) .... Another possibility is a damaged blood vessel often a vein... A general surgeon can make out what it is, upon palpation. An ENT surgeon is also a choice. As a home remedy you may also try overnight dressing with a guaze pad soaked with well stirred glycerine magnesium sulphate paste for 7-10days.Take care that glycerine won't ooze out to eye to irritate eye and disturb sleep.
