Painful cramps after sex

I have been married for 6 months and sometimes I get really bad cramps in my lower abdomen post intercourse (3-4 times in the last 6 months). This doesn't happen during sex but after it. The cramps are like menstrual cramps but 10 times worse and last around 10-20 mins. After that I'm completely fine. What can be the issue?
