Hi doctor. Am having this sharp pain while sitting. Just have small cut on my anus now it's recovering but still am having this pain while sitting and also have urge to pass stool and pain. It's there more than a month. Pls suggest me. Am applying anorelief cream and what causes this rectum pain

You are suffering from Acute  anal fissure,you can add NSAIDS for pain  along with local therapy in form of ointment, laxatives and sitz bath
