She is feeling pain while sitting in one position and while standing for long duration .she is unable to walk to long time. She has done xray 2 days ago..

Hello Practo User, Don't depend on the xray Report. It is very unlikely to have lumbar spondylosis at this age. She will need a detailed clinical examination and further advice. Meanwhile try taking bedrest, don't sit for long time.ir don't bend forwards.
Next Steps
If there is no pain relief, you should consult a Orthopaedic doctor. Regards.

She is suffering from degenerative spine disease. Needs back strengthening exercises and avoid bending to ground. Use western toilet. Thanks
