Sitz bath- take a tub of warm water and sit in that allowing your anal region to be soaked inside. do this minimum two times daily focus on diet- have high fibre diet and drink lots of fluids Do not strain for removing stools

fibre content should be atleast- 30g /day highly constipated patients can use Syrup Lactulose 15 ml at night before going to sleep daily till stools start becoming softer
