Pain while passing stool

Hello doctors I delivered baby 2 months ago it was normal vaginal delivery with episiotomy. It's been 2 months now . When I pass stool I feel pain at episiotomy side and also Itching and something is getting cut like that I feel at anal area what to do that soreness I can understand due to stitches but why cut feeling is there during passing stool pls help what to do . Am I facing piles problem ? Any suggestion or medication recommendations pls help doctors. Thank you

My opinion you are having external hemorrhoids and as a result of pregnancy and maybe to constipation also. Diet changes to be done and also you have to take medication. Contact me I will explain you how to come out from this problem.

Start pelvic floor exercise...take fibrous diet..use stool softener if passing hard stool

Its could be anal fissure. Apply Proctosedyl ointment locally. Povidone iodine ointment locally. Syp. Cremaffin SITZ bath Avoid straining while passing stools Avoid spicy and oily food Increase water uptake
