Pain while moving my neck

I am having neck pain while neck movement towards left side and up and down . Also I am feeling same pain from my neck to my arm. Could you please guide.

I advise to use cervical collar and hot fermentation in neck .start some medicine with help of ortho sugeon. Avod pillows in neck. And consult a physio for further assessment.

You have got postural neck pain .visit near by physio. Your arm pain is referred pain of your neck .Avoid jerks,do little hot fomentation. Ask your physio about short surge faradic current this helps by normalising your muscle contraction. Pain at neck spreading to arm may be commonly caused by 1. Compression of nerve at neck region 2.tightness of muscles at neck or shoulder  (Trigger points)3.tightness of Fascia at neck or arm region 4.abnormal stress and strains at ligaments and joints of neck region
