Recently 40 days ago I had an inguinal hernia surgery.I masturbated 2 weeks after my surgery.There was no problem the first time but the second time I had a pain.And after that i realized a sharp cord like structure from base pof the penis to the tip. It is a long structure and is very stiff.I get pain while my penis is erected and when my penis is facing downwards.I get pain while masturbating as well.The pain is normally at the tip of my penis.The stucture normally bends at the tip.Also I have recently noticed my penis is more curved towards the left.It has really concered me out.What might it be?
