Pain while eating or drinking

Since last 5 days i have been experiencing pain in my chest area whenever i eat something or drink water, I have done my x ray pa view which came out to be normal, also ultrasound, which shows fatty liver and a small stone. Which i have had for last 5 years. I am taking tricaine mps syrup 3 times a day 1hr before food and omez d once a day in morning before breakfast. I feel like there is some issue in my esophagus. I also have diabetes but its controlled. Please guide.

This is commonly due to Gastroesophageal Reflux. Rarely it could also be due to esophageal motility disorders. The medication you are currently using should give you relief.
