I feel pain while breathing in lying position on my upper & middle back and a little pressure type feeling on right ribs. I am suffering from pharingytis from last 2-3 months in THORAT SWAP test result NON PATHOGENIC ORGANISM GROWN ON CULTURE MEDIA.  Also my right shoulder feels little lower than the left one. please suggest why all this happening is it related to pluesritis or something else Lower back bone also make clicky noise when I bend forward
