Hello Mam. I understand your concern, and have gone through your given history . First and foremost a diagnostic analysis needs to be done ie X-ray of the complain area. A dentist might prescribe you required antibiotics (if require any) or topical ointment for the cheek bite.

Based on the history and the photographs, it appears that the cheek mucosa is getting traumatized repeatedly during biting, possibly due to an erupting wisdom tooth, a sharp tooth edge, or an unfavorable bite relationship in that area. The repeated trauma can cause pain, redness, ulceration, and occasional bleeding. Regarding wisdom tooth removal, diabetes itself is not a contraindication for surgery. However, your blood sugar levels should be reasonably controlled before any surgical procedure to reduce the risk of delayed healing and infection.
Next Steps
I would recommend: * Consultation with an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon. * An OPG (panoramic X-ray) to assess the position of the wisdom tooth. * Avoiding further cheek biting and maintaining good oral hygiene. * Using warm saline rinses to help the traumatized tissue heal. * Reviewing your recent blood sugar values (HbA1c and glucose levels) before planning extraction.
Health Tips
If the wisdom tooth is the cause of the recurrent cheek biting, extraction may be recommended after appropriate medical evaluation and glycemic control.

Hello The image shows ulcer/redness behind the last tooth present. You must first treat the symptoms by applying ultigel in that area for pain relief and rinsing twice with benzydamine chlorhexidine mouthwash to reduce redness.
Next Steps
Visit the nearest dentist.they ll evaluate the area clinically and if needed the sharp teeth in that area will be recontoured so that it stops irritating the cheek area. Also whatever treatment is required to permanently resolve this issue that ll be explained to you.

Based on the history and the small intraoral photos provided, it sounds most likely that your partially erupting wisdom tooth (third molar) is causing the cheek tissue to get trapped between the upper and lower teeth when you bite. This repeated trauma can lead to: Pain while chewing or closing the teeth together Ulceration of the cheek lining Bleeding when touched Swelling and irritation around the wisdom tooth Difficulty cleaning the area, which may lead to infection (pericoronitis
Next Steps
Clinical examination and an X-ray (preferably an OPG/panoramic radiograph) are needed to assess: Position of the wisdom tooth Whether it is impacted Whether it is causing cheek biting or damaging the adjacent tooth In the meantime: Rinse with warm salt water 3–4 times daily. Maintain excellent oral hygiene around the area. Avoid chewing on that side if possible. If prescribed by your dentist, an antiseptic mouthwash such as chlorhexidine may help.
Health Tips
Diabetes alone does not prevent wisdom tooth extraction or minor oral surgery. However, because you mention that your blood sugars are high: Your dentist/oral surgeon will want to know your recent blood glucose levels and ideally your HbA1c. Better glucose control reduces the risk of delayed healing and infection. If there is significant infection, pain, swelling, or recurrent cheek trauma, treatment should not necessarily be postponed indefinitely, but your diabetes management may need optimization around the time of surgery.
