Being OSMF III DIOGNOSED 6 months back White patches and bands inside the cheeks and mouth and ulcers uppish brown light reddish colour. Of late, BIG ROUND UPPISH ULCERS ON LIPS GROWING DAILY SEEMS LIKE READY TO BLAST, OTHER ULCERS ADDING TO ULCERS. And now painful under sides if tongue Developed. All say for biiopsy but due to carona, and I being in rural area, couldn't go city for biopsy Now, I believe that oral sqamous carcinoma Has possibly developed. So, any medication for complete cure of ulcers is solicited. Thank you
