Hello doctor,     I am getting pain left side under breast, it occurres some times and after few minutes it becomes normal. Is this symptoms leads to heart attack? Please suggest me what step I have to take from now. Thank you.

Hi, your symptoms may be due to gastritis,  avoid spicy and oily foods. Eat more vegetables and fruits, daily walking for 30 minutes is good for health. If symptoms persists consult with doctor.
