Pain under left armpit

My left armpit is having pain from 2 weeks There is nothing visual nd i m not able to find out what kind of pain is this. But my left chest has swollen a bit Not too much pain but still im not feeling normal as compared to my rt side of the chest.

Hello, Consult a general physician as PROPER EXAMINATION IS NEEDED by palpation, than it can be identified what is it.till tab  nimprex two timesa day or as required after food.hot water bag to apply locally.ok.
