I have pain in testes since 8 month and not getting erection also On physical examination - b/l testes little volume Medicine is dapoxetine 30 mg+ tadalfil 10 mg What do mean by testes little volume is it reversible

Don’t use the medicines. Go for u/s scrotum/(testes)and sex hormones

no. need to get an ultrasound doppler testis to get the exact condition of ur testis. if it is indeed atrophied, causes have to be looked after but nevertheless its mostly irreversible.
