Pain teeth and gum

I ate tabdoori roti along with green chilli 2days back. i felt some irritation post that in teeth. Now i am having pain in gums around that teeth and also pain in teeth and gumsdirectly above the original teeth. i have attached pic of teeth which pain .The tooth above it also pains. Pain intensity is low. Whenever i drink cold things it hurts. kindly help

Pain may be due to decayed tooth or periodontitis. Get xray of tooth. Antibiotics along with analgesics has to be taken to relieve the pain. You can consult through this for prescription of medication.

no picture is showing.pain may be tooth is decayed or some partical of your tundoori roti is stuck in gingiva .visit your nearest dentist he /she will check oral conditions .fir temporary relief take a pain killer. do warm saline gargle clean properly around the tooth
