I have underwent ACL surgery of my left knee in 2012. Since then I am doing all activities normally but not involved in physical activity. Just 2 weeks back I joins Gym,was doing normal physical activities like 30 min walk (flat), 30 min cycling. Light exercise but from last Saturday I have started facing some difficulty with me knee and since Sunday the problem increased. I am facing slight problem in movement right below the knee (right side) pain pushing knee backward. But able to bend knee f
