Pain RHS tummy

I am suffering pain at right side of my tummy. Whenever I move ,it pains at that area. Pain rose today in morning. In morning I was feeling pain atcenter part of chest. Is this a muscle problem or intestine issue. Please suggest me what should be do's or dont to this issue.

This can be related stones in KIDNEy. Please get ultrasound abdomen and consult a surgeon. Also right side abdomen pain can be due many different causes. Knowing about all of them will only cause worry. So please get examined by a surgeon.
