I have pain in my right side near the bottom right above my waist, it hurts when it's pressed, and it's been hurting for the last couple of days. Is it appendicitis?

You could be having appendicitis. Are there any other symptoms along with pain like fever/vomiting? Also you have not mentioned that the diagnosis of intestinal infection was made on what basis If the pain is still persistent better to see a surgeon who would probably advice you to get a USG
