Pain on lower left back

I am experiencing some sort of pain on the lower left back side. I underwent eswl for kidney stones removal during January. An ultrasound performed during the beginning of March says everything fine and no traces of hydronephrosis. From last three days I am experiencing pain and a burning sensation in vagina after urinating
